The beautiful Carnegie library in Herne Hill is due to be closed by Lambeth council on the 1st of April.

The Library closure is another one of the ever growing number of casualties across the country as government economic cuts become knowledge cuts.

As a farewell and record of the beautiful and well loved space, I made this image that is an aggregate of images taken over 3 hours in the library.
